I forgot my password but don't have access to my registered email
How to reset your password without your email
Don't have access to your email? Don't worry! Simply send us a message with a request to change your email. Just make sure to include the following info:
1. Your full name
2. Date of birth
3. The registered email address you longer have access to.
4. An image of your proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence, etc.)
